Neil Gilmour III Joins Invotex Group’s Philadelphia Restructuring Practice

Invotex Group, a consulting firm providing insolvency, intellectual property, dispute, investigation, insurance and valuation services, today announced that Neil Gilmour III, CTP, CIRA, has joined the Philadelphia office as a Managing Director in the Reorganization / Bankruptcy practice and will serve both the Philadelphia and Wilmington bankruptcy markets. Invotex recently relocated its Philadelphia office to downtown Philadelphia to better serve the legal community.
Mr. Gilmour has more than 30 years of consulting and financial advisory experience providing services to owners, managers and creditors of financially troubled businesses, frequently stepping in as CFO or President in crisis management situations. He provides expert advice in out-of-court workouts and Chapter 11 reorganizations as well as managing the liquidation of assets and distributions to creditors in liquidation situations. In addition, Mr. Gilmour has served as the financial advisor for numerous unsecured creditors committees, providing strategic advice, financial analysis and forensic investigations.

Prior to joining Invotex Group, Mr. Gilmour was the founder of the Wilmington office and a Managing Director with Executive Sounding Board Associates where, for more than 15 years, he managed client assignments, in and out of bankruptcy, for both management and creditors. He also was a Director in the Business Reorganization Services unit for Coopers & Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers).
