- Valuation of a 100% controlling interest in a company that owned various physical fitness facilities located in four states and had annual revenues of $30 million. We also performed an analysis to determine the portion of personal goodwill associated with the spouse.
- Valuation of a privately held company that operates post secondary schools that offer English as a Second Language classes and vocational programs in allied health and business. The company had three classes of stock that were valued at more than $15 million. In addition, we performed asset tracing to determine the source and use of funds used in purchasing the stock and the amount of cash distributions that were deposited into various investment accounts.
- Forensic accounting and asset tracing to determine the amount of a $15 million marital line of credit that should be attributable to separate/marital property valued at more than $50 million.
- Valuation of various stock options held by an individual who was Chairman of the Board of a publicly traded company. In addition, we performed asset tracing of various investment and bank accounts to determine the amount of marital and separate property in the commingled accounts. Total value exceeded $25 million.
- Valuation of various preferred and common stock ownership interests in a wireless communications company whose total invested capital exceeded $1 billion.
