The panel also featured Dave DelBiondo, Director, Pennsylvania Bureau of Financial Examinations; Jim Haefner, VP Enterprise Financial Performance with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield; and was moderated by Joe Zolecki of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. The topic was the NAIC Risk-Focused Examination Initiative. Mr. Finnell described the potential issues and implications to insurers when examiners adopt the proposed examination guidance. |
