Neil Demchick, a managing director with Invotex Group, is responsible for performance and oversight of client engagements in the areas of reorganization and bankruptcy services, business and contract disputes, complex accounting reconstructions and valuations. Over the past 20 years, Mr. Demchick’s consulting practice has focused on accounting, economic, financial and valuation issues in transactions, insolvency and restructuring matters, as well as in commercial litigation. He has had direct responsibility for more than 300 engagements. In addition, he has been appointed by various state and federal courts as examiner, receiver, trustee, and plan administrator and has provided expert witness testimony in several state and federal courts. His experience covers a wide range of industries, including healthcare, real estate, restaurant, retail, manufacturing, wholesaling, technology, and contracting, among others. |
