Kerby Baden is a director with Invotex Group. He has more than 17 years of financial and accounting experience in the insolvency and restructuring areas, as well as litigation services practice. He has a particular emphasis on insurance, bankruptcy and insolvency services, the financial services industry, and in public accounting. Mr. Baden has provided a wide variety of management, reporting, accounting, and financial functions in assisting to oversee and liquidate troubled insurance entities. Recently, he provided consulting services for the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation providing management and oversight services to include financial, operational, claims, and regulatory related to several troubled insurers. He has also provided litigation support services which include financial and accounting expertise in bankruptcy cases, fraud investigations, and state and federal receiverships. He has experience in analyzing financial statements to validate or reconstruct accounting records and performed critical reviews of various accounting transactions as well as identifying and appraising assets and preparing plans for disposition. In addition, Mr. Baden has prepared liquidation analyses, operating reports, and filing schedules filed in the Federal Bankruptcy system.
