Kerby Baden is a director with Invotex Group. He has more than 15 years of financial and accounting experience in litigation services with a particular emphasis on bankruptcy and insolvency services, the financial services industry, and in public accounting. Mr. Baden provides litigation services which include financial and accounting expertise in bankruptcy cases, fraud investigations, and state and federal receiverships. He has experience in analyzing financial statements to validate or reconstruct accounting records and has performed critical reviews of various accounting transactions as well as identifying and appraising assets and preparing plans for disposition. In addition, Mr. Baden has prepared liquidation analyses, operating reports, and schedules filed in the Federal Bankruptcy system. |
