A director with Invotex Group, Elise Brenneman has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and banking industries, providing capital funding, credit risk management expertise, as well as consulting services and financial training to insurance companies across the globe. Prior to joining Invotex, Ms. Brenneman held senior level positions in financial services with an emphasis on credit, counterparty and market risk policy and management, most recently as Chief Credit Officer of a AIG subsidiary Lexington Insurance Company. Her experience ranges from credit product development, structuring, and credit risk management to training and coaching of professionals in the delivery of capital raising solutions for the insurance industry. In her work, Ms. Brenneman has participated in the shaping of credit and other enterprise risk management and growth strategy goals with executives of some of the leading banks and insurance companies in North America and the European Union. Ms. Brenneman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College and a Masters in Business Administration from George Washington University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
