Colman O’Murchu, a director with Invotex Group, leads IP licensing and transaction projects, IP investment initiatives and IP related financial advisory engagements for the firm. He has nearly 20 years experience across venture capital, technology commercialization, business development and finance. He led several equity investments and technology commercialization projects at a publicly traded intellectual property commercialization company, where his areas of focus spanned medical and pharmaceutical technologies as well as physical sciences. In addition, he has provided independent financial due diligence and other consulting services to a number of prominent private equity and venture firms. Mr. O’Murchu’s experience also includes leading the business development, capital raising and finance functions at a venture-backed life sciences software company. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, and spent thirteen years managing multi-million dollar engineering projects in manufacturing and R&D sites in several countries. |
